This is an inside sales, account manager position with absolutely NO COLD CALLING.

Our marketing department drives thousands of potential customers to our web site where a prospective business will either call or email sales to learn about our product or request a quote. You will answer their questions, learn about their business, and close them by presenting a value proposition custom tailored for their needs. This will be a combination of cost savings, ROI, features gains (productivity/ease of use). In some cases you can close on the first call, but more likely through well managed follow up. Our sales cycle averages 3 weeks. 9 times out of 10 you'll be talking to the decision maker.

You:
