Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Demonstrated Windows System Administration
• Demonstrated Server Administration
• Ability to maintain a network of 15-20 users
• Basic web maintenance using HTML
• Monitor and administer backups of company data, ensuring data integrity and restoration when required
• Review and implement new vendor supplied patches and upgrades
• Participate in the design and review of new systems and applications
• Work with the customer base and recommend and execute modifications to systems in order to improve efficiency, availability, reliability, and performance
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
• Conduct research on hardware and software in support of procurement and system development efforts
• Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports
• Lead, coordinate and participate in key process improvements
• Comfortable in a start up environment
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in supporting Operating Systems, Business Applications and Databases including Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory.
• HTML
• BS Degree or equivalent with a experience in an IS/IT environment.
• Proven experience in supporting Operating System, Business Applications and Databases .
• Strong customer service orientation .
• Good level oral and interpersonal communication skills when dealing with employees .
• Good troubleshooting ability .
• Flexibility is a must.
