This is a Coleman Fleetwood "Stony Creek" popup camper. It has a 12-foot box that opens up to about 25 feet. We have owned this from new. There are four stabilizer jacks that are tucked away under the camper making it very sturdy. Each end extends with a King size bed, it has a 6ft sofa (Goucho bed) and dining table which also turn into beds.
There is ample storage underneath the sink, sofa and dinette chairs and table. There is also enough room for luggage, chairs, blankets and food while traveling. Just pack your food and clothes and go!!
There is a sink with a 5 Gal water tank and a three ring burner which can also be attached to the outside of the camper to allow more counter space inside..
I'm helping an executor (who is out of state) sell a home and get rid of this moterhome. The home is now sold... so now I need to get rid of the moterhome. We are selling it cheep because we want this gone. The seller has the pink slip and keys.
Please don't call unless you are able to take the moterhome off the property for us. The goal is to have the motorhome removed quickly.

There are no camper tiedowns you will need tiedowns to get it home - or ratchet straps and a plan!
