The house has a large backyard and front yard, 2 living/family rooms (though one is used as a play room), dining room, garage, and 2.5 bathrooms. Parking is available in driveway or on the street in front of the house. The house is located in a good neighborhood close to an elementary school, shopping, and close to both Hwy 85 and Hwy 101. It is not located on a major street so traffic is not heavy outside.
