REWSPONSIBLITIES:
Leasing, resident communicator, assist Property Manager
Answers telephone and communicates property information to potential residents.
Shows apartments to potential residents, assists in leasing and marketing eforts.
Performs other duties as assinged by the Property Manager.
Ability to work some overtime and typically one weekend day.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have minimum of 3 years in apartment industry
Neat, clean appearance
Compatible with wide range of people
Nees to be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible, and be service oriented.
