We are a successful Property Management company in business for over 30 years seeking a Leasing Agent to support our Mountain View Apartment Community(s).
The schedule for this position will be 10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday, and possibly some hours during the week, as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Leasing & Advertising
Showing units for one or more communities
Utilizing Craigslist to advertise
Running reports using Yardi software
Working as a team with other Leasing Agents and Community Managers
Experience and Qualifications
Yardi software
Experience leasing for apartment communities
Ability to prioritize projects
Works well independently
Self motivated and team player
Pride of workmanship goes above and beyond
Ability to travel to multiple properties
Reliable vehicle with valid drivers license & insurance
Highly organized & attention to detail
Flexible available to work overtime if needed
The successful Leasing Agent will be professional, friendly, punctual, and have a strong leasing ability.
