Job Qualifications: We are a fast growing company in consumer segment. We are looking for dedicated, a self-starter, fast learner, and a positive attitude, well-organized individual with strong communication skills (Fluent English, verbal & written) and close attention to detail. The individual will provide order fulfillment, administrative, and customer service/sales supports. Must be proficient in Windows/Office (Word and Excel), Outlook, computer and Internet savvy, electronic file management. Must be experienced in QuickBooks
Mon. – Fri., 8am – 5pm. Part-time/internship/full-time
Job Description: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Order fulfillment, logistics, data entry
- Customer service and sales support
- Invoicing, account receivable/payable/collections, weekly reports, all important finance reports etc. as needed
- Regular Inventory reconciliations
- Basic administrative duties, mailing and Other office duty as needed
Required skills and abilities:
1) Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and word processing, outlook email management, quick book
2) Knowledge of Windows XP/Vista and electronic file management
3) Experiences with A/R, A/P, inventory management
4) Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
5) Type 40-50 wpm
6) Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
The successful candidate will be a responsible individual who has the ability to work effectively and independently.
- Compensation: $10 to $15 per hour depending on experiences
