We are currently looking for a Product Engineer (Flex Product) is responsible for overseeing material preparation, issuing, handling, and the lamination processes used in producing flexible printed circuit boards (PCB) to ensure that daily shipments are met.  She/He must work with the Production Manager (Flexible Products) to ensure that jobs are moved to/from each department in a timely manner and prevent bottlenecks in order to meet shipment deadlines with 100% accuracy.

<b><u>Primary Responsibilities: </b></u>

<ul>
<li>Perform routine process audits in a timely manner.
<li>Provide engineering support for Flexible Products with focus on Lamination and material handling as well as back up support for any other process as needed.   
<li>Continually monitor processes in Lamination and Flexible Material Handling for quality, effectiveness and efficiency.
<li>Work with Process and Front-End Engineering to resolve process problems to restore the flow of jobs ASAP to meet daily shipment deadlines.  
<li>Assist with processing/overseeing critical jobs as needed.  
<li>Optimize production processing efficiencies for improvement as needed.  
<li>Be available to managers and operators for any technical issues.  
<li>Prevent scraps when possible.
<li>Be available for after-hours emergency call.

<b><u>Ideal Candidate should have the following qualifications: </b></u>
<ul>
<li>BS in related field preferred but not necessary if required minimum work experience exist.   
<li>5+ years of PCB experience in all aspects of Lamination and Flexible PCB. 
<li>Knowledge and familiarity with ISO is required.
<li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
<li>Must have a clear, thorough and up-to-date understanding of flexible PCB, PCB designs, materials, and new technologies and of processes required to manufacture high tech PCB. 
<li>Ability to train operators and document in a timely manner.
<li>Excellent verbal/written communication skills and ability effectively communicate and resolve issues related to the production process.  
<li>Ability to follow procedures and maintain quality of products at all times.
<li>Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new skills/tasks and grasp new concepts as required.
<li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds maximum and stand/walk throughout the day.
<li>Flexible to work extended hours base on company needs and available for after-hours emergency calls.
<li>Ability to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.

As the Manufacturing Engineer/Manager, you will establish practical manufacturing processes and procedures for a novel chemistry based analytical system.  Products assembled include both simple electromechanical lab bench instruments as well as assembly and processing of a higher volume disposables. You will be responsible for the immediate start up of the operation including  1000 ft2 facilities layout, material handling, quality planning (incoming, in-process, final test), and all documentation.  Once the facility is established, you will be responsible for weekly planning and execution of production schedules, materials management, training and managing Operators on procedures as necessary, support for the resolution of NCMR's, and maintenance of accurate production lot records. Over time, you will also review and update procedures, conduct process improvement activities and provide process expertise as needed.  This position is full-time with initial probationary period. <br>

Qualifications<br>
<br>
-	Minimum of Engineering Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.  <br>
-	Minimum 5 years of business experience in Production, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or related discipline. <br>
-	Previous experience working in a regulated environment required (ISO 9001 or ISO 13485).  <br>
-	Experience working in a fast paced start-up environment. <br>
-	Ability to read and write English required. <br>
-	Demonstrated leadership qualities required. Proven track record of success is required. <br>
-	Ability to continuously monitor and meet daily quality standards, production metrics and efficiencies while complying with QSR, ISO and Safety regulations is required. <br>
-	Ability to work well independently and on teams is required. <br>
-	Intermediate to expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) required. <br>
-	Ability to lift 25 pounds and to stand and sit for extended periods of time is required. <br>

General Responsibilities:           <br>

The Materials Manager will be responsible for managing raw materials supply and demand and will include the following: <br>

- Ensure operational excellence through all phases of material movement and storage <br>
- Own all aspects of warehousing and material management including fulfillment, transactional quality, inventory accuracy, management of the outsourced warehouse management company, productivity, and freight forwarding <br>
- Meet customer schedules effectively through advanced planning and create ability to expedite shipments as required to meet deadlines. <br>
- Record and maintain control of all inventory items purchased and produced. <br>
- Pick and Pull experience <br>
- Ensure compliance with (and create when required) operational and control procedures. <br>
- Assist with and cover the smooth execution of all day-to-day operations within the department as required, including: <br>
- Assist with customer support as required. <br>
- Coordinating the order fulfillment and inventory replenishment directly to customer site. <br>
- Work with others to establish appropriate stock levels. <br>

Education/Experience:    <br>
- Minimum of 5 years in a warehouse materials environment in a supervisory / management position experienced in a materials management, operations, inventory control, or logistics role. <br>
- Must be able to demonstrate a solid background in computerized material stock control, with a minimum of 5 years experience in; experience with cycle count inventory preferred.   <br>

This job requires ability to multitask in a high stress environment, will require the capability to travel internationally, primarily in Asia. •	Develop, program, maintain, and improve all SMT processes.<br>
•	Analyze yield of SMT processes to ensure process capabilities and throughput.<br>

We’re looking for someone:<br>
•	Proficient on all CNC vertical mills.<br>
•	5+ Years experience programming, set up and running prototype and production parts.<br>
•	2 years of some form of advanced education (i.e. college, vocational school, apprenticeship, etc.) or equivalent.<br>
•	Knowledge of Fanuc and Okuma controls.<br>
•	Follow SurfCam generated programs.<br>
•	Ability to read and interpret for manufacture client specifications, blue prints, drawings and other technical documentation that may be utilized by the client.<br>
•	Demonstrated proficiency with English language skills (written and verbal communication)<br>

LitePoint’s Operations Manager is an energetic hands-on manager who owns the product availability and revenue plan attainment for all of the released product lines. This person will act as focal point in development, communication, and execution of the product supply and contingency plans to meet LitePoints overall revenue goals. <br>

Qualifications:<br>

The successful candidate will have 10+ years Operations experience, preferably in a high tech or computer-related industry. •	Automation of experimental set-up for data acquisition<br>
•	Conduct failure analysis for solar panels, tracker, and reflector materials using different techniques such x-sectioning, polishing, optical microscopy, and material analysis<br>

•	Manage reliability travelers related to structural materials, mirror materials, and tracker tests<br>
•	Wiring, organizing, and troubleshooting experimental set-up<br>
•	Use equipment such as reflectometer and/or spectrophotometer to measure mirror material and encapsulant material optical properties<br>
•	Make samples and coupons of structural materials and mirror materials and prepare them for testing<br>

Qualifications:<br>
•	5 years industry experience as engineering lab technician <br>
•	Experience of making experimental set-up for reliability, mechanical, and life testing<br>
•	Experience with reliability testing and experience of working with environmental chambers<br>
•	Knowledge of working with data acquisition units and electrical equipment<br>
•	Experience and skill using sensitive, high precision measurement instruments<br>
•	Strong organizational and time-management skills and strong documentation skills<br>
•	Good verbal and written communication skills<br>
•	Knowledge of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<br>
•	Knowledge of Labview programming and other languages including C is a plus.<br>
•	Knowledge of PCB schematic and measurement of electrical parameters of electronic components is a plus.<br>
•	Knowledge of statistical data analysis is a plus.<br>
•	Previous experience with solar industry is a plus.<br>

Required Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:<br>
·	3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Product Management.<br>
·	 Telecommunications/Wireless industry background. Technical Knowledge in RF & Microwave is an advantage.<br>
·	Independent, self motivated personality with strong communications skills and problem solving attitude.<br>
·	Knowledge of printed circuit assemblies; precision machined parts; metal die casting and sheet metals. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.<br>
·	Basic ability to use CAD tools (AutoCAD, Solidworks) to update drawings and BOMs is an advantage.<br>
·	Proven experience with PDM systems (Agile).<br>
·	Strong working knowledge of MS Office and proficient with databases such as MS Access.<br>

Position responsible for CNC horizontal/vertical mill set-ups of small to medium complex components, holding tolerances of +/- .0002.  Ability to program is preferred but not required.  Must have knowledge in filling out inspection reports (FAI, In-Process AQL, Final, SPC, etc.).  Able to use inspection equipment to inspect tolerances up to +/- .0001.  Must be pro-active to communicate discrepancies on set-up/cycle times and address any quality issues with management.  Maintain machinery and work centers through approved preventative maintenance programs.  Knowledge of ISO 13485/AS9101 and lean manufacturing principles preferred. Primary Responsibilities:<br>

This manager of this ~ 3 person department will be responsible for overseeing development of assembly processes for new programs, sustaining existing processes, defining equipment requirements, reviewing specifications for processes, selecting components, materials and methods to package IC’s from wafer to finished product.  This manager will review product requirements to ensure compatibility with the available processing methods and will recommend and prepare changes, additions, and modifications to facilitate manufacturing.  In addition, the manager and department will compile and evaluate test data to determine process variables and limits to ensure conformance with process and customer requirements.  Also, the department will conceive and execute projects to define and select new approaches to package integrated circuits using polymers.  Responsibility for semiconductor backend processes; molding, trim/form, laser marking, saw singulation, wire bonding and die attach is included.  Packages utilized include QFN, DFN, SiP, MEMS, many unique assemblies as well as many conventional packages.  The equipment portfolio includes modern automatic saws, die attach, wirebond, molding, lasers and x-ray equipment.<br>

Requirements:<br>

Requires a BS in Engineering, or equivalent, plus 10+ years in a high tech manufacturing environment, ideally in a semiconductor industry.<br>

Knowledge of semiconductor backend operations required.<br>

A record of successful project completion is a must.<br>

A high energy, act quickly attitude is essential.   <br>
<br>
Able to manage multiple projects, both long term, and short term, simultaneously.<br>
