This is a hands-on position mainly for Vertical Haas Machining Centers with some horizontal experience.
Duties include Supervising up to 15 people, CNC Mill programming, making sure all of the CNC mills are running,
training your Setup people on proper setups, making sure all necessary tools and materials needed are available and building your own team to run the floor.

This is an opening for a Setup person with experience working with Haas Vertical Machining Centers.
You must be able to take direction from the Programmers, be able to Setup the CNC Mills without any supervision,
keep a clean work environment, check your own work, have a positive attitude towards work and be willing to work as part of a team.

SHIPPING
This candidate will process all outgoing shipments domestically and internationally for the corporation. The standard traffic management functions of scheduling carriers, following up on deliveries and ensuring on time delivery to customers will be required.

This is a high energy position and being on top of customer requirements is important to maintain the satisfaction level that this position demands.

Additionally this person will be tasked with review of freight costs, analyzing freight rates and the ability to achieve cost reductions in freight through best process methods.


TESTING/PRODUCTION
This candidate will also perform simple imaging and test functions on our product line up. This requires an eye for detail and a quality individual to ensure we are delivering a quality product to our customer. Ability to adapt to changes and modify processes is a key in this role.

Along with this function will be the capturing of data of incoming product discrepancies and communication of those discrepancies to the appropriate supplier.

This candidate will also perform the processing of RMA’s into Aerohive in a timely manner.

Additionally this candidate will perform various new product tests, capture test results and perform a hardware quality function in the new product tests.

There are other various tasks in production that this candidate will perform. These tasks include but are not limited to: Building of Demo Kits, Integration of Prototype runs including assembly, defining imaging/testing processes for transition to outsourced fulfillment.



ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
