Design Reactor, a leading provider of premier interactive services and solutions, seeks an aggressive professional to manage clients for its online and award-winning design solutions for the entertainment, high tech and consumer industries. We are at the forefront of digital media convergence and looking for a highly-motivated Account Manager with a solid professional services background. Supported by an experienced design team with a world-class portfolio of work, this individual will successfully initiate and develop relationships with top tier clients around all aspects of their digital communications strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Steward the projects working with producer/associate producer and assigned team
Implement clients strategy through development of Creative Briefs, reviewing campaign activity and obtaining status reports from other team members
Effectively manage project teams toward delivery of work that is on brief, on time and on budget
Possess a keen understanding of strategic rationale regarding the accounts they are responsible for
Author and present client presentations and proposals
Assign responsibilities, delegate and empower others to complete assignments
Recognize and advise on synergistic opportunities between client and agency
Leverage knowledge and understanding of graphic design, creative and production to facilitate effective communication between client and departmental teams
Provides interpretation support to clients during creative presentations
Develop and implement measurement plans of all programs
Review performance reporting and recommend program alteration as necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5+ years agency experience.
Ability to direct multiple projects at one time
Excellent written and oral communication skills
You will be working with 'A-list', Fortune 500 clients. Hence your communication skills, both verbal and written, experience and professionalism are extremely important. Agency experience is preferred.
