The Innocence Legal Team founded by Attorney Patrick Clancy, is a sophisticated Legal Team using proprietary developed High Technology Systems to win cases. Our Human Resources Team is looking for 3 seasoned litigators to join this rapidly expanding firm. Two would be located in Southern California and one in Northern California.
Requirements for employment
1. Public Defender or DA experience a must.
2. 5-10 years minimum as a lawyer/litigator.
3. Time in the sexual assault unit highly sought after. The more cases in this area the better.
4. 30 felony trials to verdict and some of them sex cases. 60 felony cases preferred.
5. Willing to travel within California to major cases.
6. Not afraid of the use of technology but embrace it as a way to get advantage over DA’s.
7. Some background in Family Law or Juvenile Dependency Law (Welfare and Institutions Code Section 300, would be helpful and considered.)
