We are in an active and immediate search for a dynamic Bilingual Human Resources Manager, with experience in the manufacturing environment, to join our Team! The key position reports directly to the President and is based in our San Jose headquarters. This position may change to 'director' title for the candidate with the right combination of skills and experience.

This key position will have overall accountability for HR, Safety and Workers Comp. Our ideal candidate will have the following profile and experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish is mandatory with ability to speak, read, write and translate with ease.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 3-5 years solid HR experience at HR Manager or HRBP level, PHR or SPHR preferred, with solid experience in manufacturing or relevant industry and demonstrated understanding of working with a large hourly production workforce.
• Thorough and broad-based knowledge of all functional areas of HR, Safety and Workers Compensation administration is a must. Functional areas include but not limited to:
* Manage and execute all phases of Recruitment including preparing and issuing offer letters on behalf of TransPak; conducting background checks; and full on-boarding process and benefits administration.
* Demonstrated experience in Safety Programs and Workers Comp administration within a Spanish speaking production environment.
* Experience in employment laws, conducting investigations, compensation, employee relations, coaching and guidance to all levels of the organization.
* Experienced in delivering training programs in Spanish and English
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong mentoring skills, time management, critical thinking, initiative, flexibility and outstanding ability to adjust quickly to handle multiple priorities.
• You possess an authentic enthusiasm, drive to succeed and a passion for HR and business operations.
• You must demonstrate a wide degree of creativity, flexibility, self-motivation and professionalism and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Outstanding customer service skills and business communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills, initiative, and diplomacy
Ability to prioritize, follow-through, meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
