SUMMARY
Responsible for all human resource activities for the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
2. Source strong candidates to help the company achieve its long term goals, interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
3. Prepare documentation of stock option grants, exercises and cancellations.
4. Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems.
5. Design and conduct new employee orientations.
6. Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
7. Work with benefits insurance representative to resolve employee issues.
8. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
9. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
10. Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
11. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS / CHARACTERISTICS
1. Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
2. Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Bachelor's Degree and at minimum of five years of human resource experience.
5. Knowledge of excel, word and powerpoint
6. Passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated characteristics
7. Take the ball and run attitude
8. Pro-active versus re-active
9. Attention to detail
