Perform tasks in the administration of Go Kids, Inc. Human Resource Management program. Responsible for implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering the following: employment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, orientation and training, placement, safety, insurance and health benefits and employee services. Seves as a member of the Executive Team.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./S.) in Human Resources or a rleated field or equivalent from four-year college required. Bilingual Spanish required. Three-five (3-5) years related experience working in a similar HR position; or equivalent combination of education and experience; PHR/SPHR preferred. Supervisory experience necessary with a thorough working knowledge of California Labor laws, Human Resources managment, and benefits administration. Experience with nonprofit agencies with state and federal regulations preferred.
