A leading computer hardware manufacturing has an immediate openning for an experienced recruiting manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reponsible for full cycle recruitment
- Generalte job description, and Utilize different sourcing techniques and network to build candidates' pipeline
- Conduct phone and in person interview to qualify applicants;
- Partner with department managers and advise the professioal feedback from the HR/recruitment prospective
- Conduct the reference check and background check
- Negotiate the offer with candidates
- Other HR functions as assigned, e.g. employee relationship, administration and others
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Mim 3 yrs of experience in full cycle Recruitment
- Knowledge of state and federal laws as the pertain to hiring
- Great attitude and team player
- Excellent communication skills
- The experience in technical recruiting or sales recruiting is a big plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a plus
