Adult Health Care Center in Sunnyvale has openings for a RN. The ideal candidate conducts assessments and monitors health problems and develops and implements nursing care plans for elderly participants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of public health nursing principles.
2. Experience with frail elderly or chronically ill persons.
3. Skills in assessing and writing care plans for the frail elderly and identifying and establishing individual treatment programs.
4. Flexibility, initiative, creativity and excellent organizational and time management skills.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Must have current CPR and First Aid certifications. Must have had a TB clearance within the last 12 months or within 7 days of employment. Must be licensed in California.
