Practice Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Practice Manager to work for a prominent upscale plastic surgery practice in the South Bay.
As our Practice Manager, you will manage the office and staff, in addition to guiding newly referred patients through the consultation, sales, pre and post op phases.
Additional responsibilities include:
Explaining elective procedures in easy-to-understand steps
Identifying needs by answering questions to determine concerns
Scheduling and screening patients
Building lasting relationships with patients by ensuring their visit with us is a great experience
Requirements:
Previous medical office management experience which includes supervising and hiring staff
Previous sales experience in a medical environment; plastic surgery or dermatology a plus
Exceptional communication and human relations skills
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Polished and professional in appearance
Ability to manage details and multiple projects
Excellent computer skills
