• OVERVIEW: Our Case Managers are highly competent, caring individuals who know how to provide the time and attention each file deserves. They are service facilitators who must work ethically with our customers and the injured workers they serve. Good judgement and timeliness are essential.
• RESPONSIBILITIES: Working from your home office, coordinating and professionally communicating with all parties. Providing prompt service and reporting. Driving/travel (no overnight). See our website for further details.
• REQUIREMENTS: AA or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Advanced Degree and/or certification preferred. Registered nurse with current valid state licensure and driver’s license. 2 yrs. nursing and 2 yrs. workers’ compensation related case management experience preferred. CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, COHN, CIRS a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to work independently. Computer literate. Bilingual a plus.
