Coram Healthcare, an Apria Healthcare Company, is a leading provider of specialty home infusion therapy and presently has a position for a per diem home infusion nurse in the San Jose and surrounding area. Responsibilities include providing primary patient care for a specified caseload, including assessments, care planing evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy in the home or alternate site setting.
Qualifications - Requires a current California RN license, current CPR certification and valid driver's license. Must have 1-2 years of IV related experience.
