Multiple full-time positions needed for high-end upscale, restaurant style food in a corporate dining account in Mountain View. Culinary graduate and / or corporate dining experience REQUIRED for Sous Chef and Lead Cook positions; MUST HAVE knowledge, skills, and expertise in cooking and presenting different types of cuisines. Able to multi-task and must be versitile. Great customer service skills for dynamic work force;

SOUS CHEF must have STRONG catering background, and must know how to make sauces, daily soups, and stocks from scratch. Must be a leader and a teacher, with an excellent sense in work, balance, and creativity. High volume catering background is a must, and be ble to support catering chef and staff for on-site high-end events and day-to-day caterings, including support kitchen team.
SHIFTS: Monday through Friday only; 7-3.30 PM; Hour

LEAD COOK needs strong culinary skills, excellent knife skills, able to prioritize and support kitchen staff. Must be able to multi-task, and be responsible for directly executing meals. Responsible for making sure that all recipe questions be directed to the Sous Chef, and/ or the Executive Chef.
SHIFTS: Monday through Friday only; 6.30-3.00 PM

DISH/PREP: Washes plateware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Will be responsible for completing a large number of smaller tasks. Such tasks as choppping vegetables and other cold items, to support kitchen staff. Performing kitchen maintenance tasks such as emptying trash and washing dishes, putting dishes away, cleaning and mainataining a sanitized kitchen, including mopping floors; Dish/prep cook MUST know basic knife skills and able to communicate and follow direction.
SHIFTS: Monday through Friday only; 7.30-4.00 PM
