Responsibilities:
• Create process and efficiencies to effectively, and efficiently manage incoming campaigns
• Help advertiser and clients with all needs of delivery
• Manage campaign launch queue, including the scheduling, delivery, tracking and reporting of advertising campaigns
• Manage reports to monitor campaign performance and contract reconciliation
• Oversee QA/ QC checks to ensure clients are satisfied with campaigns
• Collaborate actively with engineering, sales and operations functions to ensure resolution of day to day issues
• Manage billing process with Finance team
Qualifications:
• Great communicator, able to openly communicate with our clients, and team to get things done.
• Familiar with ad serving technologies such as Atlas, DART DFP, and Helios Ad Tech
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Access, MS Project, and Outlook
• Familiar with rich media technologies such as Pointroll, Unicast, Eyeblaster
• Passionate, team oriented, and excited to grow in start-up
