A new startup seeks a senior program manager to ramp and manage customer service and an online store. This is an exciting new post in a privately backed startup with extensive autonomy and responsibility. The products include both tangible hardware and (intangible) services. We are seeking candidates with great customer service credentials, natural organizational skills and a personality tuned to handling challenging situations. Applicant should have experience and comfort with spreadsheets, databases and other online tools. Ten years in customer service and five years of management experience are required. A technical background is strongly desired. An enthusiastic personality and a strong work ethic are desired. Priority will be given to applicants that provide an articulate opening letter and are available immediately.
