Primary Function of Position:

Ensures the needs and requirements of customers, Inside Sales, Regional Service Managers and Field Engineers are attended to for all service contract related business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the SAP Database.
• Process service contract billings for customers and distributors.
• Generate service contract addendums and documentation associated with renewals and options.
• Generate and distribute reports for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service contract status and revenue.
• Assist Inside Sales and Regional Service Managers (RSM's) with service contract negotiations.
• Assist Finance and RSM's on service contract collections.
• Support RSM's in the daily service contract activities.

Job/Skill Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, preferably in a medical device company and with 1 year experience in service contracts administration.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a working knowledge of computers and standard software applications, preferably with SAP, Clarify and Microsoft office.
• Solid SAP skills and a general knowledge of its reporting functions.
• Ability to independently work in a dynamic fast paced environment, with minimal supervision, and the ability to multitask.
