Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales

We also meet the needs of IT Professionals by providing top-notch certified trainers, curricula and expanded online support services. We have various locations throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado.

ExecuTrain is currently seeking to add a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to our San Jose/Santa Clara team.

Skills/Attributes:

• Familiarity with all MS Office applications.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook required.
• Accurate data entry skills including 10-Key.
• Experience using web based applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware related issues is preferred.

Qualities:

• Professional and confident phone manner.
• Must be comfortable with client interaction.
• Professional appearance is required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment.

Excellent attendance and punctuality are KEY qualities for this position.

Example of Job Duties:

Facility Management
Open facility daily, prepare refreshments, replenish supplies and greet clients. Order office supplies, refreshments, maintain orderly appearance of classrooms and lobby. Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service
Answer customer service line, assist clients or distribute calls as necessary. Enter sales leads into CRM database. Enroll students, maintain accurate client records, contact students regarding class cancellations and assist in rescheduling students. Assist with data entry and various other projects.

This is Regular Full Time position. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00.
