We are a Fast Paced Bay Area Remodeling Company is looking for a motivated individual who is serious about working and creating a long term working relationship.
We have not been affected by the issues in the economy. We are growing
and need an Appointment Setter ASAP.
The ideal candidate must have high ambition levels and great people skills.
If you posses the following attributes:
• MUST HAVE TELEMARKETING EXPERIENCE
• Work experience with Inside Sales and Telemarketing
• Ability to make 150 outside calls per shift mandatory.
• Superior verbal, phone, and written communication skills
• A passion to help others.
• Demonstrated leadership and team building abilities
• Must have some experience with word/excel
• Flexibility to pitch in where needed.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
• Manage lead tracking systems
• Scheduling of appointments for all estimates.
• Answer the telephone and handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare and send out Thank You cards.
• Order, assemble, and mail materials for direct mail campaigns.
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned.
• Schedule Tuesday – Friday 4pm to 8pm, Sat 8am to 5pm
