I am a 23 year old graduate student studying advertising at SJSU who is looking into creating a global advertising/design firm. I have an Undergraduate degree in Graphic Design and have worked for the past five years as a freelance designer, in addition to working with many print and signs shops around the bay area. I have a wealth of knowledge in design and am looking for a senior designer to help get my project off the ground. I would handle the business/marketing side of things and I am looking for someone to handle the majority of graphic work and web design, in addition to getting leads and other help.

Above all else I am looking for someone to collaborate with, and to produce world-class designs that transverse all national boundaries.

+ BFA/MFA in Graphic Design preferred
+ Highly familiar with pre-press and production methods
+ Expert in typography and color theory
+ Expert in illustration both hand rendered and computer
+ Cutting edge creative designs
+ Experience with production for print or signs
+ Clean, corporate type style to their logo designs/compositions
+ Easily adaptable and highly professional
+ Outgoing, talkative, and can sell your service under any conditions
+ Someone I can trust and rely on heavily to maintain deadlines

Here is your role:
+ Design/Brand the company and website (Preferred JAVA experience)
+ XHTML/CSS/XML/Flash web development
+ Logo design, Print work, and Signage
+ Gain new leads and develop business partnerships
+ Schedule meetings to follow up on leads and create new ones
+ Focus on developing world-class designs and excellent customer service
+ Have fun and enjoy working along side another creative designer with similar interests!

I am looking for someone like me, a fresh graduate from a University who is eager to make their life's passion into a strong career path. Although the business plan would take some time to get off the ground, I would love to have someone who is supportive and wants to succeed. I am highly confident that this business will develop into a bigger company, and can ensure a global presence in our marketing strategy. I am looking for someone who also has a lot of connections, and is fueled by action sports or any other mediums to catapult their services into.
