The Affiliate Manager is responsible for effectively managing a large affiliate network of publishers and executing on direct online-marketing efforts, specifically through email and banner campaigns. In addition, this person will buy media on a CPA model.
Daily tasks and activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prospect and generate new relationships with direct publishers and affiliate networks focused specifically in Email and Display
Aggressively manage all aspects of the publisher relationship from initial contact through negotiation and campaign fulfillment
Monitor daily reports and provide suggestions of how to improve performance
Manage accounts by monitoring lead quality, conversion rates, volume, and overall budgets while adhering to tight deadlines and delivery schedules
Requirements:
Minimum 23 years as affiliate manager, or buying media on a CPA
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Self-driven and results-oriented
Knowledge of online metrics and payment modelsCPM, CPA, CPC, CPL
Great sense of follow-up and follow-through
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong knowledge of Excel
Excellent knowledge of ShareASale necessary
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Existing Rolodex of direct publishers
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and professional
Email delivery, Can-Spam Compliance, and light HTML is a plus
