Silicon Valley startup looking for 1-2 developers PHP/AJAX to fill immediate dev openings. Our specialty is social apps with mobile and web components. We recently launched into public beta and are now looking to build out and expand the feature set.

Responsibilities:
You'll work closely with our team, as well as our end users, to understand the needs, develop the designs, create the code and implement the solutions for our core products. We're looking for people have solid experience and want to work on challenging user-experience and technical issues as well as something worthwhile from a social perspective.

Minimum Requirements:
- PHP/MySQL/AJAX a must
- Mootools experience preferred, jQuery acceptable
- Don't be a jerk to work with
- Ability to communicate, in English, with as few as 1 person and as many as a dozen at a time
- Must be able to establish and self-manage deadlines and deliverables
