Practical Ayurveda: Three Pillars of Physical, Mental, and Emotional Well-Being; Simple Solutions for Re-Balancing
Two Tuesdays---November 17th and December 1st---6:30 to 8:30 pm
This 2 part class provides information about simple practices that support balance in our minds and bodies from the perspective of Ayurveda, an ancient East Indian healing system.
You will walk away from the 1st class with a sense of what your constitution is and some basic strategies for rebalancing.
The 2nd class will build on this foundation with more time for questions regarding implementation of those strategies.
