Gala-Net, Inc. is looking for an Associate Producer to join our MMORPG publishing company and help launch and grow our new game title. We are four years old, profitable, and boast some of the highest performing MMORPGs in the world. We have a collaborative and energetic startup work culture, and we’re looking for creative and driven personalities.

As an Associate Producer, you will be assigned to our game team where you’ll have a direct hands-on role in launching a new title and managing the day-to-day operations. You will need to use your experience, passion and leadership skills to lead a game operation team, maximize exposure of the title, and provide the best possible to the players while maximizing profitability and contributing the game’s future development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure localization process and ongoing improvements, working effectively with internal teams, such as marketing, and web development, and external developer
• Support managing and ensuring effective game operations, including team management, community management, customer service, scheduling, quality assurance, sales, budget planning, third-party relations, and promotions
• Create and maintain a high level of player satisfaction and retention
• Analyze statistical data and quantify players’ opinions, ensuring the balance among CCU, play time, and unique visitors to achieve sales goals
• Identify, plan, create and execute community events to build and maintain players’ excitement
• Hire, train, and manage game operations team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Understand Game Master / Community Management / Producer roles in game publishing business
• Know and play many online games, especially MMORPGs
• Familiar with gaming & internet subcultures (anime, manga, comics, PC hardware, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in gaming industry, either in development or publishing
• Able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Able to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal teams and external parties
• Energetic, ambitious and charismatic
• Must be comfortable with startup culture and hours
