Summary



The District Manager is the main point of contact for all market activity and responsible for all market operations. They are required to meet minimum location sales goals as well as recruit, develop and train Employees in Market.



Job Description:



- Oversee 10 retail locations

- Responsible for the inventory, management, staffing, and operations of your Market

- Responsible for meeting monthly sales and revenue goals within the region





Requirements:


- Must have multiple-location sales and sales management experience

- Must have experience developing, coaching and managing commissioned sales people

- Must have a desire to compete and excel personally and financially





Responsibilities


- Main point of leadership and contact for the Market.

- On-going motivation and training of Location Managers on selling techniques, daily procedures and POS system.

- Motivation and development of Location Managers to achieve individual and location sales goals and reduce employee churn.

- On-going personal and professional development of Sales Associates.

- Exemplifies and promotes professional image of MOBILE LIFE to employees, the Market and the public.

- On-going recruitment of professional Sales Associates.

- Keep Location Managers informed of appropriate corporate communications.

- Monitor location inventory daily and keep under 1% loss per month.

- Ensure all returns are processed properly.

- Complete Market reports daily.

- Review all location paperwork and contracts for accuracy.

- Verify location deposits.

- Monitor and track Location Managers sales daily.

- Facilitate meetings and training classes.

- Maintain a professional work environment.

- Maintain and continue to develop relations with mall management and security as well as other mall tenants.

- Provide on-going feedback to Regional Director about mall events, competition, new stores, promotions, etc.

- Experience or track record demonstrating professional or personal leadership skills.

- Minimum 2 years college OR High School Diploma and at least 2 years experience in a leadership and/or sales position REQUIRED
