We are a professional Bay Area management company seeking an Apartment Manager/Maintenance Team for a 16-unit complex in San Jose near Campbell.
Candidates should have strong leasing skills and general maintenance skills, prior on-site management and turnover experience a plus.
Responsibilities will include:
Conduct unit showings, move-ins and move-outs
Collect rent, make bank deposits
Minor maintenance and repairs
Schedule vendors
Keep the property clean
Clean laundry rooms
Enforce rules and regulations of community
This is a part-time team position. Managing Team must live on-site.
