Days: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8AM to 3PM

The Client Services Representative role is to request, analyze and process financial documents on behalf of our clients. This position involves direct communication with vendors, analysis and processing of vendor reports, verification of specific credit information, retrieval of supporting documentation, and follow up as needed to ensure processes are completed. Team Members work directly with our vendors to help ensure confidence in the strategic services we deliver.

Primary Responsibilities Outlined:
Make outbound phone calls, e-mails and request statements to be analyzed and processed
Audit and process financial statements
Document all calls in detail into company’s system of record.
Prioritize work in balance with call queue preset activities.
Liaison information between various business units with in the organization
Provide monthly/weekly feedback work accomplished.
Provide on the job training for new team members.
Provide support to account management team, individual team members and supervisor.
Maintain production standards around activity levels and data quality.
