Successful biotech company is seeking a Finance Manager join their team. This position will be responsible for corporate finance (G&A), R&D, Clinical Finance, Collaborations.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of budgeting/forecasting for various units
- Review variance analysis
- Work closely with business partners for strategic planning
- Provide adhoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years + of financial planning and analysis experience
- Must have bio/pharmaceutical industry experience
- ERP system experience
- Excellent communications skills
