Seeking full time Accountant with solid General Ledger skills. Must be a self-starter. The ideal qualified individual must have a BA in accounting with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
1) 1-3 years of work experience using Quick Books
2) General Ledger, Month End Close, Journal Entries
3) Excellent Communication skills & a team player
Prepares audit information as requested by outside auditors. Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual filing and payments for state and county agencies. Works closely with CPA firm on preparation and completion of Income Tax Returns. Prepares balance sheet account analyses and reconciliation. Prepares Financial Review Package to include P & L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements. Performs cash account monitoring duties. Maintains and enhances company forecasting and reporting systems.
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
High level of initiative and ability to meet deadlines. Positive attitude.
