Unfortunately, there isn�t a closet, but there is lots of closet space in the hallway or you could buy a cheap Ikea closet to put in your room.

The only problem people may have with this room is to get to the room, you have to go through the bigger room which is mine. This is totally fine with me, but please just be aware of this. I am a heavy sleeper and wake up early because I work full time so I doubt this will be a problem.

But, because the two rooms are so close together, I am hoping to find a roommate compatible with my living habits. I usually stay up to about midnight everyday. However, if you go to bed a bit earlier, I will be quiet. I watch TV (which you are welcome to join me in because half of my bedroom is a �pseudo� living room) when I come home in the evening. I might bring some friends by on the weekends to hang out (but this will be rare).

I am looking for a roommate that
- won�t have a live-in boyfriend (occasional visits and over-night stays are ok) but sexy time noises past midnight are unacceptable.
- keeps common areas clean but you can do whatever you want in your room.
- won�t ever blast their music or TV (especially before I wake up)
- does not own a dog or cat. Other pets may be ok depending on what they are.

Sorry, I am trying not to sound picky, but I feel this is important to put out there before you move in.

The house is located on 23rd and Irving St. It's in a great location, located one block from the N-Judah (which goes downtown and to UCSF), one block from the 71 bus, a couple of blocks from the 28 and near Walgreen�s, Taco Bell and a supermarket. Irving St is always busy and is in a safe neighborhood.

We have a room in our 5-person house opening up on December first. $600/month, plus utilities. The house is roughly in the Temescal area (Aileen and Genoa), and is near the F, 18, 15, and 88 bus lines (the 1 line is about a 7 minute walk, too).

The room is on the first (top) floor off of the dining room, about 120 square feet, newly painted with (fake?) hardwood floors, a medium-sized closet, a window that lets in a good deal of natural light, and a private entrance to the bathroom, shared with one other (very considerate) person.

The house is quite large, if oddly put together. In addition to the five bedrooms, there is an obscene amount of common space: we have a living room upstairs ("the parlor") with huge bay windows looking onto the street, a cozy living room downstairs ("the den") with couches and a tv, a dining room, a huge kitchen, a laundry room (laundry is free), a study, and a "dirty room" that currently houses bike parts, tools, and random boxes.

Those of us who are left in the house are all in our mid to late 20s, and are all graduate students at Berkeley (two law students, a sociologist and an historian). We are currently three men and one woman. We are all generally busy, but we are a fun crew. Visitors are welcome (encouraged, in fact), and while sometimes some parts of the house get loud, the place is so big it is really easy to find quiet when you need it. We share some basic foods, but keep mostly separate (and have two fridges to facilitate this).

The room for rent is good sized; 10' x 12' with 8 ft ceilings, closet is 3' deep x 3.5' wide (you will have access to other storage options too), and the window faces the front of house. I can easily fit a large desk and bookshelf and queen size air mattress with floor space left. You are allowed to paint, so you could make it your own (just making sure to be careful of carpet which was new when we moved in). Rent would be $600 for one room and for 2 rooms rent would be $1000 (2nd room is basically same as first). This would include rent, water, garbage, pg&e, internet, phone, and cable. You would also have shared use of pretty much the whole house (minus master bedroom and our son's room). Located at 975 North Point St., we are at the bottom of Russian Hill in SF only a block from the water and a ten minute walk to the various scenes of North Beach and Polk St. Seeing as almost every bus in the city passes by our door, it's pretty easy to get just about anywhere - about a 20 min bike or bus to everywhere north of Market st or even the Mission if you haul on the bicycle like Joe or Scott. The place features five bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen / living-ish room, awesome backyard for bbq's, (with heat lamp) on site coin-op washer / dryer. We have one small room up for grabs for $650 (not including utilities which run about $40-$50 a month). It will fit a queen bed and a very small desk, plus a closet. Some people have rocked a twin in it for a little extra room. It's month to month, but preference will be given to folks who can settle down and stay awhile. We aren't really looking for someone who just goes and gets wasted every weekend. I mean at least not both nights :-), just be passionate about something in life other than partying or work. A couple of things about who we're looking for: we have very good relationships with our neighbors, so would like to find someone who is not interested in throwing big parties or playing loud music or blasting the TV volume. Also, no smokers and no pets. There is no parking with the unit, but there is a spot for rent in the building and several public lots within two blocks offer monthly as well as daily parking rates. Minimum six-month commitment.

Utilities: Internet, PG&E (gas/electric) are shared. Cable TV would be your responsibility.

ME! My name is Katie, I'm 21 and in my fourth year at Sonoma State (though not my last...), I finally chose a major in Environmental Studies/ Outdoor leadership/Adventure tourism... don't ask. I just want to get paid to travel, that is the ultimate goal!

We can see the park from the house, tennis, pool, soccer. Starbucks and school is a short walk away. Washer/dryer is in the house. Ping Pong table in the garage. Flat screen TV. It's a really nice comfortable house, no drama, we all get along great.

I am moving to Canada to start grad school and have to
leave my beautiful apartment and wonderful roommates behind. We live
in a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment in the Sunset district.
Rent is$800/month. Utilities and
Internet are split equally, around $50/month. Included: cable TV, wireless
internet, washer and dryer, tons of parking, and easy access to the 71
bus and N/L Muni lines. This place is seriously beautiful, it was
remodeled right before we moved in 1 year ago. We have big windows,
hardwood floors, granite counter tops, etc...

The room is available now. We have a spacious living room and
a great kitchen and ocean view from our living room window. If you
like to cook, you really won't find a better kitchen than this one!
The room available is good sized with a huge closet and a south facing
window which faces a big grassy hill, not someone else's apartment. I
currently have my queen size bed, a dresser and two other shelves in
the room to give you an idea of the size.

I live with two amazing girls in their early twenties who both work
full time. We like to cook together and go out when we can. Both of
them are super friendly outgoing people. If this sounds
