THE AREA:
I live in an apartment complex that is truly fantastic! The place is pretty ideal for students in SF or Berkeley. Great location for both! Safe and Great Views of the Bay! The apartments are right above what they call the Bay Street Shops (www.baystreetemerville.com). Everything you could ever want is directly below us or within walking distance. Below just to name a few are the Apple store, Sephora, H&M, Barnes & Noble, P.F. Changs, California Pizza Kitchen, Cold Stone, & many many more shops & restaurants. Look them all up on the website I gave you! Right across the street is Trader Joe's & the coolest cheapest furniture you can find is right next store at the IKEA warehouse! The coolest part is that the well-known AMC movie theatre is at the end of Bay St! Movies at your fingertips! There is never any trouble with parking so you or your guests wouldn't have to worry about that ever. What more could you ask for right?? :-)

THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1033 square feet. New kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer. Has a patio that overlooks the Pool area. Always very quiet! Has a gym that is open 24 hours, business center for working or studying. Each room has its on temperature gauge! Parking garage is $50 a month. All these amenities are unheard of in SF!! THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1033 square feet. New kitchen appliances as well as washer and dryer. Has a patio that overlooks the Pool area. Always very quiet! Mike is from Santa Barbara, studied Architecture at UC Berkeley, and now works as an architect in SF. He enjoys rock climbing, drawing, reading, surfing, and soccer. Mike gets around the city on his bike and likes to cook, hit the occasional Taco Tuesday, movie night in the park and generally just chill out during the week.

Erik is from Pasadena, went to school at UCSD, and he likes to play soccer, volleyball, and basketball. He is often hanging out with his girlfriend or chilling in his room.

Chase is from North Tahoe, attended UC Berkeley, works at a biotech firm during the week and likes to go out on the weekends. He likes soccer, skiing, music and traveling.

Overall we all like to cook, do the occasional family meal, and party on the weekends. We all have a lot of respect for the house and each others privacy. Everybody pitches in on the cleaning and in general we lead a quiet day to day life with some explosive weekends. We do occasionally have friends stay the weekend, and don't mind if you do the same.
