POSITION SUMMARY

Recruitment, Development and Retention of Talent
• Supervise partners and provide specific and timely feedback through daily coaching and corrective action to improve personal and store performance
• Assess and develop talent within the team for future growth. Select, assess, and develop talent with the team through recruitment and hiring of friendly and positive partners
