Why so cheap? Because it's in an old outbuilding at my residence. Dirt floors, steel roof, semi-open walls. Safe semi-rural neighborhood 2 miles from Highway 1, nosy watchful neighbors and I work at home. One visit per month permitted. Less is better...hey, this IS my home.
Entrance is just under 6 feet tall and the space is 16.5 feet long, so large trucks, SUV's and vans don't fit. Email for picture.
No losers need apply. I used to be totally laid back, but out of experience I've learned to streamline the legal takeover process to deal with those folks who are looking for free storage via not paying rent and trying to string out the eviction process.

To rent the truck we will need:
Drivers License - A valid Drivers License is required, Renter must be at least 21 years old.
Auto insurance Card - A valid Auto Insurance Card in Drivers Name is required on day of rental.
Credit Card- A Valid Credit Card in the Name of the Drivers Name is required on the day of the rental.
Security Deposit - A $100.00 security deposit is required at the time of the truck rental. Cash or Credit Card only. The security deposit will be refunded when truck is returned in excellent condition.
Supplemental Insurance - A $15 fee is required at the time of rental to receive a comprehensive/collision damage waiver with a $100 deductible for accidents in most cases. The full deductible of $2500 will still be required for accidents resulting from insufficient height or width clearance. Please ask for details.
Fuel, Fees and Usage:
$0.75 per mile after usage of free miles.
Return truck with a full tank or pay $25 fee plus the price of gasoline.
Truck must be returned 30 minutes prior to office closing.
Truck must be used within 30 days from storage unit rental date.
$25 late fee for the first hour late or any part thereof and $1 per minute late after the first hour.
Sorry, Truck rentals are from 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
