We have three vacation condos for rent in South Kihei near Wailea directly across from Kamaole Beach II:

All three condos are steps away from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui�s finest family beaches with lifeguards. They are located on the same block within walking distance of each other and close to shops and restaurants. They are an easy drive from the airport (9-miles/20 minutes).

The Maui Banyan complex is currently a COSTCO vacation destination. Our unit rents as a one bedroom lock-off hotel room with a private entry and bath (sleeps 3), a full one bedroom-one bath with kitchen (sleeps 4), or complete two bedroom-two bath with kitchen (sleeps 7). The Maui Banyan complex is located on twelve beautifully landscaped acres and features two swimming pools, spas, and a tennis court. Our unit is located on the �cooler� side of the complex.

The Kihei Kai Nani one bedroom unit is located a short distance away on the same block. It has an ocean view from the large lanai and sleeps four adults. The complex has a large 60 foot swimming pool, one of the largest in South Maui. The complex is situated on nine acres directly across the street from the where visitors gather each evening to watch the spectacular Maui sunset over the ocean.

Our Kihei Akahi studio is located on nine acres of lush tropical gardens between the Maui Banyan and Kihei Kai Nani properties. Our studio sleeps two and has a kitchen and private bath with washer and dryer. It has two pools, gas BBQs, and tennis courts.

Amenities in all three units include:

Location is everything! Previous renters tell us one of the main reasons they rented our home, and will rent it again, is because of its LOCATION. It is only 1 mile from the lake (see map) and 3 miles from the Heavenly Valley ski resort with shuttle service, all casinos, the California/Nevada border, and lots of shopping. Sierra at Tahoe ski resort and many snow play areas are a short drive away. The City of South Lake Tahoe Recreation Center and Swim Pool Complex is only 4 miles away. It is walking distance to the lake, bars and restaurants. There are great paved and unpaved walking trails that start only two blocks away, and (in the spring and summer) a large meadow for picnics and sports is footsteps away from the front door.

On the deck are a Propane BBQ grill and outdoor dining area. There is an enclosed courtyard, and a one car garage. Washer/dryer are located in the garage where there is also a third half bathroom.

Electronics include DISH Satellite (San Francisco stations and 100 cable channels, DVR, DVD, VCR, Broadband access,* Stereo with imput for music from your PC or iPod. There is FREE long distance telephone service throughout the United States and 40 countries worldwide.

There are great ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Outside is a nice deck with a hot tub from which one gets a great view of the ocean and the stars. Wildlife are frequently seen in the meadow. Use the Meade telescope to view the moon and stars, or activity in the meadow and bluff top.
