Full Time Position: Bathtub and Tile Refinishing Technician
Nice Tub & Tile Refinishing a San Mateo-based company is looking for an experienced refinishing technician who is neat, clean, honest, dependable with transportation to and from work, to join our established and professional team. Previous bathtub and tile refinishing or automotive body prep and/or paint experience preferred. Hours are a full work week Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays. Pay plan either hourly rate or a percentage of each job and is based on experience, performance and productivity. We also pay 50% of employee medical insurance.
Duties:
*Working with HVLP Spray Equipment
*Masking off for overspray and surface preparation.
*Driving company van and traveling to residential homes throughout the San Francisco & Peninsula area.
*40 hour work week / Monday thru Friday (8am – 4:30pm)
*Overtime varies based on jobs assigned.
*Work Vehicle and Equipment Provided
Requirements:
*2 year prior refinishing experience preferred with a licensed
prior company only.
*or 2 year auto body prep experience with a body shop
considered.
*Must be teachable and coachable with a good attitude and good listening skills
*Strong interpersonal skills are important.
*Must be insurable with valid California Drivers License.
*Must be bondable with no felony convictions
*Must process a social security number card
*Must submit to drug testing.
