Digilabs is a profitable growing software company. We develop software and services to printers, labs and professional photographers. Our solutions are sold worldwide.
We are looking for a system/sales engineer. In this position, you will:
Provide pre-sale support to our sales people during the sales. You will provide to answer customers during the sales process. Suggest solutions, up sells, 3rd party solutions.
Implementation – once a customer signed, you will assist our implementation team in the implementation of the delivery to the customer.
Post sale support and account management– combine account management and technical support to our customers for years to come.
You will be a professional with strong client-facing skills and deep technical expertise. You'll be lending your expert knowledge on pre-sales calls, supporting the implementation, and providing post-sales support as the client's requirements change. You will manage the customer relationship over time, identify ways to expand and improve the services we offer, sell ongoing service contracts, and provide sales with new sales opportunities.
You will be
Proven experience in a similar position.
Fluent in English, spoken and written. Bilingual an advantage
Love (and live on) customer interaction. You can speak on the phone for hours and love it.
Energetic & self motivated.
You have all the patience it takes when speaking to customers. You don’t get angry and they love you.
Although you love to speak, you always listen. You really understand what they need and can help.
Multi Tasker with infinite ability for details.
Sales experience (even a soft one) a big plus.
Light travel might be involved.
Very strong Technically background.
Diversifies technical background. Experience in any of the following a plus: printing, digital printing, commercial printing, workflow, production, digital imaging, photography, pre-press.
You will be part of a small team and will be expected to be able to work in a result oriented non structured environment, deal with real customers issues, solve problems on the fly, and work with limited direction in a rapidly changing environment.
