We have a large villa 20 mins from Madrid city in Spain with a swimming pool and hot tub plus 5 bedrooms, 2 familly rooms and 4 bathrooms. It is in perfect shape (wood floors, air conditioning, gardeners, housekeeper) and would be great for a familly vacation in Madrid. We also have 2 7-seat familly vans that can be used.

We are both working until September 8th in Palo Alto (surgeon in Stanford and IT manager in Mountain View) and would like to have a home to swap. Any place in good shape and with 4 bedrooms or more would be fine.

We are currently in Portola Valley and can meet up to discuss face to face.
