The Position:
Trouvé Media is a fast growing startup in the Lead generation business located in the Bay Area.
We are seeking a self-motivated Java professional with offshore lead experience.

What you'll bring in:
- You will be expected to design and develop software components to be part of a large scale system.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain new and existing Java applications
- Ability to interface with wide range of groups in dynamic work environment for gathering requirements, component integration, testing and deployment.
- Interacting with third-party vendors on integrating our applications, troubleshooting issues etc.
- Improving and upgrading software components based on new and changing business needs.
- Contributing to the design and architecture process as part of the application development team.
- Evaluate current and proposed architecture to assess potential failure points and areas for improvement.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
What you need for this position:
- Atleast 3 years of lead experience preferably with offshore teams.
- Extensive experience (at least 5 years) using Java technologies including J2SE, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, EJBs, JSP, Tomcat, XML/XSLT, XPath, PHP, JavaScript, AJAX.
- MVC architecture - Struts is a MUST, Spring and Hibernate preferred
- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases especially MySQL.
- Experience with and understanding of UNIX systems desirable
- Offshore coordination experience is desired
- BS in Computer Science / Engineering / Mathematics, MS preferred
