Our client – a leading financial services company – is looking for a PeopleSoft Benefits Administration HRIS Analyst. The Analyst will be responsible for administration of Open Enrollment and must be able to utilize tools such as PeopleSoft query tools, open enrollment configuration, as well as ad hoc HR Reporting. This individual will report into the HRIS Manager.
Skills and Requirements
•Functional experience with PeopleSoft Benefits Administration Module
•A solid understanding of PS Ben Admin Open Enrollment configuration including set-up, working with event maintenance and open enrollment processing
•Strong PeopleSoft Query experience is preferred or possess an ability to learn and use complex query and report writing tools
•Effective communication skills; verbal and written
•Positive attitude; willingness to learn and be part of a team
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
