As we are forming our Silicon Valley technology team, we are looking for world-class engineering and product management talent. For our engineering team, we seek significant Web 2.0 experience/expertise with the following technologies and approaches:
- XHTML/JQuery/Wicket/MVC framework
- Java/Spring/Apache TomCat
- JPA/Hibernate/MySQL
- Object Oriented and Relational DB design
- Agile development
Immediate roles we are seeking to fill:
- Lead Architect/Developer
- Sr. and Jr. Java Developers for Client, Server, and DB technologies
- Business Analyst and Product Manager

Other Critical Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (MS preferred for Sr. Candidates)
- Highly motivated self-starters with clear track records of success at other top-technology companies and/or startups
- Comfortable working in a flat organization of other high-performers in meeting aggressive goals and tight deadlines
- Highly collaborative with a great attitude and teamwork skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
