We are seeking an experienced Commissions & CRM System Manager. This person will serve as the day-to-day lead for both areas. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of all Field Sales commission plans and the CRM application, salesforce.com. This person will report into to the Sr. Director of WW Sales Operations and maintain business processes and process changes. This position requires someone who is self-directed and able to prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities
* Commissions & Field Sales Analysis duties
- Calculate and vet monthly and quarterly commissions due based on quota credit earned
- Prepare stack rankings
- Model the impact of comp plan changes given the structured plan in place
- Perform analysis on all Field Sales plans to ensure that plan design is achieving the desired outcome
- Suggest and manage SPIF programs
- Drive comp plan cost modeling exercises
- Lead and execute ad hoc data analyses as situations present
* CRM System duties
- Maintain role hierarchy for Coremetrics at large
- Maintain security profiles and access rights for users
- Create and update custom page layouts and record types
- Drive data quality initiatives and perform ad hoc data clean up when gaps are identified
- Create Workflow Rules to improve business processes
- Configure custom reports and dashboards
- Create, edit or delete custom fields and custom objects
- Add, delete and modify users as employees are hired, transferred or leave the organization
- Act as the single point of contact for questions from users
- Assist with bulk imports and ownership of leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities
- Deliver training and communication to user groups
- Understanding of integration of the CRM with other enterprise systems
- Reset user passwords
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
* At least three (3) years previous commissions administration experience required
* At least three (3) years previous CRM experience, salesforce.com strongly preferred
* Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
* Belief in the benefits of CRM and salesforce.com for the user group
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues
* Detailed, organized and results oriented
* Excellent customer service attitude
