Target Redwood City is looking for a Target Protection Specialist. The ideal candidate will provide a visible and professional presence at the front of the store. They will comply with and enforce Assets Protection directives and communicate violations to the appropriate levels of leadership. This candidate will drive a safeness culture focused on prevention and will collect and appropriately communicate safeness-related information to the store team. They will support the Assets Protection Team during apprehensions and will communicate theft and fraud-related information to the Assets Protection Team and Store Leadership Team. They will also conduct exposed merchandise receipt checks on high-ticket and high-theft items. They will embrace Target’s Fast, Fun and Friendly values as well as a Speed is Life mentality.
