This position is for a Mortgage Document Drawer/Pre-funder in our Burlingame, CA headquarters location. Quatrro Processing Solutions is a wholly owned Business Unit of Quatrro, Inc. As the Document Drawer/Closer you will be responsible for generating all loan document requests ensuring compliance with state regulations, program parameters, and company policies for FHA/VA, conventional, jumbo and niche products using various document companies and systems.
You will also be required to perform Pre-Funding and Post Funding QC.
Additionally, you will provide support to Loan Set-up for initial pre-disclosures as directed by Operations Supervisor and assist in development of SOP’s and training manuals to Jr. Doc-drawers/Closers.
Responsibilities:
• Review loan file to ensure that all required documentation to order docs are in place
• Confirm all fees, rates, points and loan information for accuracy
• Verify that all loan info is consistent with all required documentation as per company standards. Verify lock and approval information for all programs.
• Update all proper info in lender software to include date docs ordered and printed.
• Verify all loan info is accurate including a QC prior to the drawing of docs
• Run compliance reports and resolve errors.
• Draw docs for approved lenders within prescribed timeframe
• Print/Image Docs.
• Responsible for arranging delivery of docs to lender/escrow/title
• Interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation
• Complete other tasks as requested by department manager and participate in conference calls as directed by management.
• Provides support to Loan Set-up ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policy.
• Coordinate with Settlement Companies
• Review Funding Conditions
• Perform Pre-Funding and Post-Funding Quality Control
• Input loan information into funding applications
• Audit and review loan documents to clear for funding
• Validate fees, reconcile and request wires
• Support clients with a courteous and positive attitude.
• Handling confidential information.
• Research problems using available resources, such as manuals, doc services, etc.
• Work in a team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• Ability to use DocMagic, DocuTech, Guardian and other loan doc drawing systems.
• Oral and written communication skills. Applies common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions
• Exhibits efficient productivity for time management and a sense of urgency
• Follows instructions and responds to management direction
• Monitors own work to ensure quality and timeliness
• Diplomatically interface with loan officers, lenders, Secondary Marketing department, and escrow and title companies
• Must be punctual, self-reliant and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic MS Word and MS Excel knowledge
• Good organizational skills
