Growing mortgage business in San Mateo is looking for an experienced loan underwriter/processor with 3+ years as a real estate loan underwriter/processor. This is a terrific opportunity for a professional individual ready to move ahead in a great career. The ideal candidate should be articulate, a team player, have the ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment, and meet the qualifications listed below. Hours of operation are 8:00AM – 5:00PM and must be willing to work overtime when necessary. Salary is negotiable and bonuses paid based on volume. Medical benefits are available. Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Calyx Point, Loan Prospector, Desktop Underwriter, Word, Acrobat, and Excel
• Type 50 wpm
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Perform credit check on borrowers
• Ability to make final recommendations on loan applications
