Growing mid peninsula CPA firm is seeking an administrative assistant to join its team. We offer a full range of accounting and tax services to our clients. We serve both individual and business clients, with a strong emphasis in international clients.

Administrative Assistant (Part time)
•Provide administrative support to the partners and staff
•Assist in scheduling of client appointments
•Coordinate communication with tax authorities and clients
•Assist in preparing presentation
•Must have excellent communication skills – both oral and written and phone skills
•Proficient with Excel spreadsheet, Powerpoint and Word
•Must be dependable, responsible, flexible and self motivated
•Must be detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks
•Must be able to work some overtime during tax season
