Small, one man office in down town Palo Alto is seeking a responsible, experienced "part-time" Executive Assistant. The position would be ideal for someone with a lot of flexibility and who would like to work several hours a week from home as well as a couple to several hours a week in the office itself – the schedule to be determined by the individual her/himself according to the needs of the principal. Anticipated work load is 5-15 hours a week. Applicant will need to provide their own laptop.

The job responsibilities sound easy, but a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required. Experience in the private equity/vc/investment banking field would be a plus.
